Hello this is Vishal
I tried to print the models in the 3d printer using PLA , but the model is Breaking even after giving 100% infil rate it is not printing correctly in between, like weak zones are created in the model with low infill rate.
Before the inner PTFE tube came out and we replace it with new one,
What could be the problem, and solution for the same,
Thank You

Just give us some more infos about your print settings - f.e. layer height, printing speed, nozzle diaper, temperatures...

Line width:0.15mm, Filament Dia:1.76
Print speed: initial:10mm/s, outer and inner wall speed:0mm/sec
Infill Rate: 60%,
Nozzle Dia: 0.4mm

Most of the things i have kept default.

Thank You

You might also want to upload some photos of the problem... what exactly do you mean by "...model is Breaking..."?

it is getting cracked in between because of lack of material at that reason, at some regions it is not getting filled

Then, you probably have a partial clog of the nozzle or throat tube. Check out the "Proven Solutions" section; there is one topic on how to remove the nozzle and throat tube so you can clean the filament path in the Hotend.
