Anyone have some laser models I can try? Looking to test the laser head.

Thanks

Jay, google "clip art" and you'll find all kinds of neat things to engrave.

My granddaughters liked http://coloring-pages.info/images/ccove ... -Donut.png, to which I added some shading in MS Paint. I burned one for each kid, customized with her name, also in Paint. I burned them into corrugated cardboard cut into squares with a utility knife. Cheap, easy, fun.

Here's another idea we came up with. I had done some burning on white paper, got the setting so it didn't cut through. Changed to yellow paper -- and the laser neatly cut out all the parts but didn't burn the second layer of paper immediately underneath. So we got the idea of taking an old Christmas card and cutting it into a jigsaw puzzle. Jigsaw templates are readily available. Will let you know how it turns out.
